How do I connect to the VPS?
The most common used tool for connecting to a Linux VPS is PuTTY a detailed guide will be emailed to you with your VPS login details on where to download it from and how to connect using it.
How long does it take to set up?
Our VPS range is automatically set up. Once the invoice has been marked paid an email is sent within a few minutes with your VPS login details.
Where are the servers hosted?
Currently we only offer Linux OpenVZ hosting in France. In the coming months we will be expanding to other parts of Europe and North America.
Do you keep backups?
Yes, we take daily backups and keep the last 7 days worth of data + 6 weekly backups.
Do you allow bulk emailing?
We do not allow bulk emailing on our servers.
How much are additional IPs?
Additional IPs cost $1 per IP per month.
