How to restore cPanel backups

At HostGnome we takes backups very seriously. Any number of things could go wrong your data. We take a full backup of your cPanel account daily.

To restore a backup log into your cPanel account and navigate to JetBackup

Then select Full Backups and next to the backup you want to restore select Restore under actions

You can now add it to the Queue by clicking Add to Restore Queue

The backup may take up to a few minutes or up to an hour depending on the size of your account. You can monitor the status under JetBackup > Queue

If you need backups from before the ones listed we may have them feel free to open a support ticket.
